36x D6 12mm Dice - Clear Orange/Green

36x D6 12mm Dice - Clear Orange/Green

Transparent six-sided dice with a 12 mm edge in an orange and green build from Green Stuff World. Orange and green are among the shades seen first on a gaming mat, so a roll is readable even from the other side of the table without an opponent having to lean over.

Legibility against terrain

A gaming table tends to be full of color: the mat, hills, buildings, figures. That is exactly why thrown dice end up lost among the terrain and the value has to be hunted for. A warm orange and a fresh green stand apart from the typical gray, brown and greenish mats better than dark shades do, which is the main practical reason players reach for them. The 12 mm format fits an ordinary dice tray and is comfortable to roll by the handful. A tray or a bowl also pays off with larger sets because a throw then does not upset the figures set out on the table.

Use at the gaming table

• Good legibility of values against colored terrain
• Mass rolls in figure games
• Splitting rolls into two groups by color
• A set for a dice tray or a dice case
• Usable for board games and role-playing games as well

Who it is for

For players who play on broken terrain and want to read values right the first time, and for clubs where dice are shared and color-distinguished sets come in handy. A good choice as a second set alongside the one you already use.

The shade and the transparency may differ in a photograph depending on the lighting.
