An injection-molded plastic kit of the Russian tracked recovery vehicle BREM-1M in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter. The model is based on the chassis of the T-72 tank and offers a detailed rendering of the hull, the crane, the dozer blade and the recovery equipment.
The BREM-1M is a modernized Russian armored recovery vehicle built on the chassis of the T-72 tank. It serves for recovering and hauling away damaged vehicles, for field repairs and for carrying spare parts. It is equipped with a winch, a jib crane and a front dozer blade, which make it possible to work in difficult terrain and under fire.
It is recommended to start with the running gear and the hull, and only then fit the crane, the dozer blade and the small items of recovery equipment. Glue the plastic parts with thin modeling cement. For a faithful look apply a primer, spray the paints with an airbrush and finish the surface with washes and dust pigments for a heavy working patina.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
