The Israeli Ti-67 1:35 is a plastic kit of the Israeli conversion of the T-55 tank from Trumpeter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale represents the Israeli Ti-67 tank, also known as the Tiran. The box holds sprues of gray plastic, the hull with the turret, the running gear and a 105 mm barrel with the characteristic Israeli fittings and stowage baskets. Decals and an assembly manual are enclosed.
The Ti-67 came about through the conversion of captured T-54 and T-55 tanks that Israel took in the Arab-Israeli conflicts. The key change was replacing the original gun with a Western 105 mm rifled weapon. The vehicles received a number of Israeli fittings, stowage boxes and external containers that change their appearance compared with the Soviet original.
Finish the running gear and the lower hull first. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement, treat the surface with a primer and paint with an airbrush. Israeli sand-green shades suit a desert setting; build the weathering with washes and pigments for dust effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
