A very detailed kit of the American C2V command and control vehicle in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter. The model is made up of a large number of parts and contains a well worked cab interior, photo-etched parts and individual link tracks. Both the lower and the upper part of the hull are made with slide-mold injection.
The M4 C2V is based on a tracked chassis derived from the carrier of a US Army rocket artillery system. It served as a mobile command post with its own power source and technical equipment for directing combat operations. Only a small series was built.
Finish and paint the cab interior first and only then close up the hull. Assembling the individual track links calls for patience, and we recommend building them on the running gear. Washes and pigments for dust effects suit the weathering of the vehicle.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
