This injection-molded plastic kit depicts the Russian T-90 main battle tank in the export version with a welded turret. The 1:35 scale model from Trumpeter is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit meant for gluing and finishing.
The T-90 is a Russian main battle tank that grew out of the development line of the T-72, armed with a 125 mm smoothbore gun with an autoloader. The export version is usually designated T-90C and later vehicles received a welded turret instead of the earlier cast one. The vehicle carries reactive armor and active protection systems.
On modern tanks we recommend assembling the running gear and the tracks before closing the hull and paying attention to the blocks of reactive armor. Liquid cement for plastic, a primer and an airbrush work well. Washes in the recesses and pigments for dust effects will bring the finish to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
