The set is an accessory for a build, not a model of the vehicle. It holds spare road wheels for the StuG III and the Panzer III in 1:35 scale, and according to the manufacturer in both tire widths, that is 75 mm and 95 mm. The letter C designates the pressing pattern of the disc. The combination of two widths in one package is handy where a modeler does not know in advance which size the build needs, but always base the decision on a photograph of the vehicle and on the data on the packaging.
The road wheels of the Panzer III and of the StuG III assault gun that came from its chassis changed during production: the width of the rubber tire differed, as did the drawing of the disc. The vehicles meanwhile carried spare wheels on themselves, most often in holders on the rear of the hull. For a modeler that has a practical consequence: a spare wheel need not have the same pattern as the wheels on the running gear, because crews took whatever was available. Mismatched wheels on one vehicle are therefore not a mistake but documented period practice.
Separate the wheels from the print supports and level the seating faces; sand resin wet and with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting. Set the tire apart with a matte dark gray shade instead of black, and put more dust on the wheel than on the rest of the hull. If you carry the wheel in a holder on the rear, leave the metal rubbed back to a sheen at the seating points, as that is where the paint came off first.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
