Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the medium-sized TB.2 reconnaissance and attack unmanned aircraft in the markings of the Polish armed forces. The package belongs to the starter range of the Clear Prop Models brand, that is to the line that is simpler to build and is aimed at modelers without much practice as well. The 1:35 scale meanwhile lets shapes come out that are lost in the usual aircraft scales.
The TB.2 is a medium-sized Turkish unmanned system with an endurance of many hours. It is powered by a piston engine with a pusher propeller, it carries its tail surfaces on twin booms and under the wing it can take light guided munitions. It is flown from a ground station, and its main strength is the combination of long time in the air, a reconnaissance sensor and the option of striking at once. Poland ordered the system in 2021 and was among the first European countries to bring it into service.
The long slender wing calls for a firm and straight joint, so let the joints harden properly and check the symmetry of the tail booms against a template. Apply the light base coat in thin layers, otherwise the fine surface detail disappears. Pick the panel lines out with a thin wash and do not overdo the dirt: machines in service tend to be maintained and overdone weathering looks unconvincing. Even the surface out with a matte varnish at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
