Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Italian fighter biplane Fiat CR.42 Falco in the unusual scale of 1:40 from Smer. Note that this is not the usual 1:48, so the model is somewhat larger, which follows from the origin of the tooling. For the exact contents of the box and the marking options, follow the instructions enclosed. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Fiat CR.42 Falco was an Italian fighter biplane powered by a radial engine and one of the last biplane fighters built in series anywhere in the world. It first flew at the end of the 1930s and saw combat in the Second World War on several fronts. Although it was already obsolete against modern monoplanes, its agility and toughness were valued.
Seat the interplane struts precisely and do not forget the bracing wires: add them only after the varnish is on. The larger 1:40 scale shows the detail of the radial engine and the cockpit to better advantage, but it also shows any seams, which are best filled and sanded down. Spray the base over a primer; seat the decals on a gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
