It is not a kit of the vehicle but a simple detail part that gives a model a period and realistic look, the way these trucks often ran with the engine covered against dust and cold.
Wash the uncured resin residue off the part and separate it from the 3D print supports. It goes in place of the standard hood and is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting; the texture of the fabric will come out with a wash and with dry brushing. Sand it with respiratory protection.
