Responsibility details are not available.
A set of figures from Mars in 1:72 scale capturing the infantry of the Polish-Lithuanian state in the late part of the 17th century. The military reputation of this country was written above all by its cavalry, but the infantry was not missing either in the field or in the defense of towns, and its share grew toward the end of the century. The foot soldier's weapon was a firearm complemented by cold steel for close combat. The campaign of 1683 also falls into this period, when the Polish army marched to the aid of the besieged Vienna. The qualifier late in the name distinguishes the set from figures of the earlier part of the same century, which differed in the cut of the clothing and in the armament.
In 1:72 scale an adult figure corresponds to roughly 24 mm. The set will serve well in a formation where the infantry holds a line or a wall and the cavalry forms the second plane. Lay the intervals out dry before you glue the figures down firmly.
For collectors of historical figures and builders of dioramas from central and eastern Europe of the 17th century. The infantry will complete cavalry and artillery of the same scale.
Paints, glue and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
