An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Sd.Kfz.260 radio communication armored car of the Second World War. The set contains plastic parts, photo-etched parts and decals; the model is built and painted.
The Sd.Kfz.260 was a light communication armored car derived from the Sd.Kfz.222 and 223 family of reconnaissance cars. It served for radio communication with armored and motorized units. Unlike the reconnaissance versions it had no turret and the vehicle was practically unarmed.
Separate the small parts and the photo-etch carefully, and join the photo-etched parts with super glue. Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic, spray a primer and apply the shades with an airbrush. German gray or the later camouflage comes alive with a wash and dust pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
