The frames are molded in several colors, so the model has its basic colors finished straight after assembly and painting is optional. The joints stay movable, so you can set the finished model in a chosen pose.
A.Taul is one of the fighting machines from the Japanese series L-Gaim, where the robots are collectively designated Heavy Metal. It is a type with markedly mechanical shapes, thin limbs and a fairly complex construction of the torso — compared with the massive robots of other series it looks rather light and angular. It is precisely that intricacy that is the main reason why the kit holds a large number of small parts.
Cut the parts off in two stages and clean the gate remnant up with a sharp knife or a fine file. The thin limbs and the joints are the most vulnerable place, so do not press with force when snapping them together and press the joints with the flat of your palm rather than with your thumb. Anyone who wants to paint the model divides the build into sub-assemblies, sprays them with primer and uses acrylic paints; with parts molded in color it is common to leave the parting seams visible. Emphasize the panel lines with a thinned wash or a paneliner and unify the finished model with a matte clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled. Stickers, paints and accessories beyond the contents of the box are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
