AMAIM Warrior Weapon Set is a Bandai accessory set of weapons for models from the world of AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline. It is armament for a machine already built, not the model itself.
Responsibility details are not available.
This item is not a kit of a machine but an accessory for one: a set of weapons for models from the AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline series. Kits of combat machines tend to be equipped sparingly, and it is precisely the armament that sets two otherwise identical built figures apart the most. The set also suits anyone building a diorama or a group of machines who wants each one holding something different.
A build without glue
The parts are injection-molded from plastic pre-colored right through and snap together, so you build the set without glue and without paints. Separate them from the sprue with nippers leaving a small margin and only then trim the rest of the gate with a sharp knife, so that the edge does not turn white. Weapons are among the parts painting helps most, though: a metallic shade on the barrel, darker emphasis on the seams and light chipping of the edges will turn a plastic part into convincing armament.
Long barrels and thin spars break out of a sprue worst of all, so approach them with several smaller cuts and never nip right at the part. Paint the grip pegs by which the weapon is held in the model's hand only very thinly or not at all; a layer of paint tightens the joint and the peg then cracks. If you use pigments or washes, let them run only into the seams and wipe off the excess, so that the surface does not get dirty all over.
This is an accessory set. The model the armament is fitted to is not included in the package.
