ARAB REVOLUTIONS & BORDER WARS VOL.III

Arab Revolutions and Border Wars Vol. III, a profile publication

This is a book, not a model or a modeling accessory. The third volume of the profile series from the publisher AK Interactive gathers color profiles of the military equipment used in recent decades in the armies of North Africa and the Middle East. The publication has a soft cover, 148 pages and an English text. For a modeler it serves above all as visual reference for the choice of camouflage, markings and degree of wear.

What the book contains

• Color side-view profiles of tracked and wheeled equipment, with captions.
• An overview of camouflage finishes, markings and field modifications of the vehicles.
• Accompanying texts and notes on the individual types and their service.
• 148 pages in a soft cover, text in English.
• It follows loosely on the earlier volumes of the same series, but can be read on its own.

Who it is for

The publication is intended for modelers who build the equipment of recent conflicts and are looking for verified examples of camouflage and markings, as well as for diorama builders and anyone interested in the equipment of the region. Given the English text it suits readers with a basic knowledge of the language; the pictorial part is understandable even without it. It is a standalone book and contains no modeling components.
