ATOM Dunkelgelb Modulation Set

A set of ATOM range modeling acrylics from AMMO of Mig Jimenez, put together for the color modulation technique on the dark yellow Dunkelgelb. It contains graded tones (shadow, base, light and highlight) that let you build a three-dimensional transition on the surface of a vehicle, from the darker recesses to the lighter panels. ATOM is a water-thinnable acrylic with good self-leveling, fast drying and high coverage, suitable for brush and airbrush alike. The set contains four shades in 20 ml bottles.

Use

• Color modulation of the dark yellow base coat of German vehicles from 1943 to 1945.
• Layering the shades step by step from the shadows to the lit panels for a three-dimensional look.
• Applied with an airbrush or a brush; for a fine spray thin with water or with acrylic thinner.
• Suitable for tanks and armored vehicles such as the Tiger, the Panther or the StuG.
• Until it dries the tools can be washed in water.
