AMMO Black Microfiller ALC309 - a black lacquer primer for the airbrush

A black base lacquer (primer) with a fine micro filler from the ALC range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. It serves as a base coat under the metallic (metal) shades of the ALC range, to which a dark black base gives depth and a natural metallic sheen. At the same time the micro filler evens out the surface and helps to cover fine scratches or sanding marks. This is a modeling lacquer for surface finishing, not a kit. It is ready to spray straight from the container, with no thinning.

Use

• A black base coat under the metallic (metal) lacquers of the ALC range, for a faithful imitated metal surface
• A uniform base on plastic as well as photo-etched parts; the microfiller smooths out small surface irregularities
• Intended exclusively for airbrush application - ready to spray straight from the container, with no thinning
• It is applied in several thin, misted coats from a short distance at a lower pressure onto a clean, degreased surface
• Once dry, the primer can be lightly polished with very fine abrasive paper before the metallic is applied; clean the tools with a thinner or cleaner suitable for lacquer paints

Who it is for

For modelers with an airbrush who want to achieve a realistic metal surface using the metallics of the ALC range (for example the natural metal finish of aircraft). Suitable for experienced modelers and for careful beginners who work with lacquer paints. It is not intended for brush application.

Lacquer (solvent-based) paints are flammable and their vapors are irritating. Spray only in a well-ventilated area or a spray booth, use a respirator and protect your skin and eyes. Protect from fire and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
