Brush 12 Classic Series 1 (Brown label) is the largest brush in the Classic Series 1 range with the brown label. It is meant for large areas, all-over coats and for work on a diorama base.

A single brush of size 12, that is the largest size the Classic Series 1 range with the brown label offers. The number in the name is the size designation: the twelve has the widest stroke in the whole range and holds the most paint, so you will cover a large area in few strokes and without interruption. Mirage Hobby is a brand with a broad range for modelers, from kits to painting supplies; brushes are only one of its branches.
A large brush is the biggest reservoir of paint and at the same time the most demanding to wash out. Clean it right after the work, acrylics with water or a brush cleaner, enamels and varnishes with a matching thinner, and rinse the hairs right up to the ferrule, where the paint dries first. Paint dried at the ferrule spreads the hairs and the stroke will never come back. After washing, straighten the hairs and let the brush dry hairs up. For the white glue under grass and sand, set aside a separate piece.
For builders of dioramas and large models, for modelers who paint without an airbrush and for anyone who needs the certainty of covering a large area evenly. Alongside detail brushes it is the other extreme of the equipment, and nothing else can take its place.
Paints, thinners and brush cleaner are not included in the package.
