This is equipment for the modeling workbench, not a kit and not an accessory to be glued onto a model. The organizer holds brushes upright with the hair upward, so that the hair does not rest against a surface and is not deformed, and at the same time it gives every tool a settled place. The name Wave refers to the undulating shape of the upper edge of the organizer body.

Use

• Always store brushes with the hair upward. Hair bent under its own weight or against the wall of a jar will never straighten out completely again and the brush loses its point.
• Before putting a brush away, wash it in the appropriate medium, wipe it on a cloth and shape the point between your fingers. Only then slide it into the opening.
• Stand the organizer on the side you work from, so that changing a tool does not mean reaching across the model in progress.
• Keep brushes apart by medium - some for acrylics, some for enamels, some for glue and filler. A settled order in the organizer helps you not to mix them up.
• Knock and blow the openings out from time to time to clear the dust and flakes of paint that collect in them.

Who it is for

For modelers whose brushes roll loose about the bench, roll off the board or end up standing in a jar of thinner. It will be appreciated above all by those who work with a larger number of sizes from flats to the finest zeros, and by anyone who is just setting up a new workplace and working out where to put the tools. It also makes a practical present for a beginning modeler.
