Cassel Earth/Shadow Brown

Abteilung 502 Cassel Earth / Shadow Brown (Oil Paint, 20 ml)

Cassel Earth, also labeled Shadow Brown, is an oil paint from AK Interactive's Abteilung 502 modeling line. This basic brown shadow tone adds nuance to fine details, creates filters and shadows, and, combined with other brown shades, enriches the color variation of a model. The formulation, with a lower oil content, gives a more matte, easily controlled result.

Use

• Thinned with mineral spirits or odorless oil thinner, not water.
• Apply dots onto a matte-varnished base and blend them into shadows and soft transitions with a clean brush.
• The long working time allows gradual mixing and layering of brown tones.
• Remove any excess with a brush dampened in thinner.

Who the paint is for

For modelers and figure painters who shade, filter and refine the color depth of equipment, figures and dioramas. A versatile shadow brown tone for every palette.

Contains solvents used for thinning. Work in a well-ventilated area, out of the reach of children.
