Cerna (Black) - a liquid pigment from Sira Hobby

Cerna is a liquid weathering pigment from the Czech maker Sira Hobby in a black shade. Once dry it fixes itself to the surface of the model with no further fixative. It is water-thinnable and its intensity can be regulated by thinning or thickening it.

Use

• Soot and smoke marks at exhausts, weapon barrels and engine compartments.
• Oily and greasy deposits around filler necks and mechanical parts.
• Deepening the darkest shadows and bringing out burned, sooty places.
• It is applied with a brush onto a surface dampened with water and a drop of detergent; it is used sparingly and layered.
