Cool white LED lights 1 mm from Green Stuff World: ten wired LEDs with a resistor and leads for lighting a model or a diorama.
Responsibility details are not available.
The package contains ten miniature light-emitting diodes one millimeter in size in a cool white shade. The LEDs are supplied already mounted on leads and with a series resistor, so calculating and soldering a resistor falls away. Cool white has a bluer cast and looks like modern fluorescent or LED light, so it suits present-day vehicles, workshops, hangars and industrial scenes.
The LEDs are supplied with a direct current of roughly three to eighteen volts. At three volts they glow weakly, and fully at around nine to twelve volts. The leads are long enough for the power source to be hidden out of the scene. The ends are stripped and joined to the supply, and brass wire or tube can also be used to carry the current inside a model, holding the structure at the same time.
For builders of dioramas, buildings and display cases who want to bring light into a scene, and for modelers of modern subjects who prefer the cooler shade. Even a beginner can manage the basic wiring.
Connect the LEDs only to a safe low-voltage source, that is, to a battery or a mains adapter. Never connect them straight to a socket and do not exceed the recommended voltage, or they will be destroyed.
