DAK SET

DAK Set - weathering set (AMMO by Mig Jimenez)

DAK Set is a weathering set from AMMO by Mig Jimenez for the weathering of sand-colored vehicles of the German Afrikakorps and of other units in North Africa. It contains three enamel (solvent-based) products. It is a modeling accessory for weathering, not a kit and not an opaque paint.

What the set contains

• A wash for sand shades (Afrikakorps)
• Dirt streaks for desert vehicles
• A North African dust effect

Use

• Applied with a brush or an airbrush, thinned with mineral spirits
• The wash brings out the detail and runs into the recesses of a sand-colored hull
• The dust and streak effects complete the faded, dusty desert look

Who it is for

For modelers of vehicles of the North African campaign - German, Italian and Allied alike - who want a faithful desert look.

Enamel products are flammable and are thinned with mineral spirits. Use in a well-ventilated space, away from sources of ignition; store out of the reach of children.
