A color photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, intended for detailing the interior of the large model of the North American B-25H Mitchell bomber in 1:32 scale. It is not an airplane kit but a set of fine metal parts that bring the cockpit and the inner compartments of the base model to life. A number of the elements are printed in color and pre-finished.
The B-25 Mitchell was an American twin-engine medium bomber that became famous for the raid on Tokyo in 1942 and for service on every front of the Second World War. The H version carried heavy attack armament including a 75 mm cannon in the nose and was used above all against ground and naval targets.
The parts printed in color, such as the instrument panels and the belts, are pre-finished and only have to be glued in place. The other metal parts are bent to shape and fixed with cyanoacrylate glue. In the large 1:32 scale the interior shows especially well, so it is worth fitting the details before the fuselage is closed up.
An add-on set; it is not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
