This is not a vehicle kit but a set of resin replacement idler wheels in 1:35 scale. The wheels in the ribbed version with eight holes make the running gear of a model of the German Jagdpanzer 38 (Hetzer) light tank destroyer more accurate. The package contains the parts for one model.
The Jagdpanzer 38, known as the Hetzer, was a German light tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War built on the 38(t) chassis. Several types of idler wheel were used during series production; the ribbed version with eight holes is one of the distinguishing variants of the running gear.
Wash the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water to remove mold release. Cut off the casting blocks with a saw and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection (do not breathe in the dust). Glue the wheels on with super glue (cyanoacrylate) so that they sit in line with the track. Finish the running gear before closing up the hull; build mud and dust effects with washes and pigments.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
