An injection-molded plastic kit of the American M1224 MaxxPro armored wheeled vehicle in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Bronco Models. The package holds plastic frames including clear parts, photo-etched sheet, flexible parts and a decal sheet. This is a modern-day subject that is not commonly found in collections and makes a good addition to models of contemporary equipment.
The MaxxPro belongs to the category of vehicles marked by the abbreviation MRAP, that is machines built with the stress on resistance to mines and improvised devices. The key feature is a raised V-shaped hull, which deflects the blast wave away from the floor of the vehicle, and offset crew seats. The armor panels are bolted on, so they can be replaced in the field. The vehicle, with a combat weight of around thirteen and a half tons, is powered by a diesel engine with an automatic transmission, and road speed reaches roughly a hundred kilometers an hour. The MaxxPro was used above all on patrol and transport duties in areas of high risk.

Keep the weathering restrained: a fine wash into the seams, dust on the lower areas and mild chipping of the edges at the entries and the steps.
