US Military Police is a plastic kit of the American military police with two motorcycles and two figures in 1:35 scale from MiniArt.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit contains a pair of American Harley-Davidson WLA motorcycles and two figures of military policemen. The set in 1:35 scale from MiniArt is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit meant to be glued and finished.
During the Second World War the American military police was responsible, among other things, for escorting convoys and directing traffic, for which it needed mobile vehicles. The Harley-Davidson WLA motorcycle was one of the most widely used machines of the American units in the European theater and became a characteristic feature of the traffic of the day.
The motorcycles will repay careful assembly of the frame and the engine and glossy surfaces on the tanks and the fenders. Thin plastic cement, a primer and an airbrush all pay off. The figures are best painted in shades of uniform and skin with the use of fine transitions; the set makes a small scene in its own right as well as an addition to a larger diorama.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
