The 3.7 cm KwK A 7 L/42 gun was the main weapon of the 38(t) tank of Czechoslovak origin, which the Wehrmacht used widely in the Second World War. A metal barrel gives the model realistic accuracy exactly where the plastic part is often the most conspicuous weak spot.
