1:48 Jak-7B (Yak-7B) O-max set (for Zvezda)

Omask O-max Set, Yak-7B, 1:48 (for Zvezda)

An O-max masking set from the Czech manufacturer Omask, in 1:48 scale, intended for the Zvezda kit of the Soviet fighter Yak-7B. This is not an aircraft model, but a modeling aid for painting — it combines two masking technologies that speed up preparing the model and ensure sharp color transitions with no bleed.

What the set contains

• Foam (EVA) masks for the landing gear bays – they fill the space perfectly and protect it from paint
• Yellow masking-tape masks for the cockpit glazing
• Precisely shaped parts tailored to the Zvezda kit
• Faster masking compared with cutting out masks by hand

Usage tips

Press the foam plugs into the landing gear bays before spraying. Transfer the tape masks onto the glazing, press the edges down firmly and apply the paint in thin coats. Remove the masks shortly after the paint dries, at a sharp angle.

Who the set is for

• Builders of the Yak-7B from Zvezda in 1:48 scale
• Modelers who want fast, clean masking of the cockpit and bays

A masking accessory for painting, not an aircraft model. The set does not include the base kit or paints.
