This is a set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian maker Reskit focused on technical lettering, that is stencils. It contains the small service, warning and operational markings for MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force in the 9-12 and 9-13 variants and the two-seat combat trainer 9-51 (UB).
The Mikoyan MiG-29 (NATO reporting name Fulcrum) is a twin-engine supersonic fourth-generation frontline fighter. The 9-12 and 9-13 variants are single-seaters, the UB version is a two-seat combat trainer. Real machines carry dense technical lettering, and capturing it faithfully gives a model an authentic look.
Apply the small stencils onto a smooth gloss coat with tweezers and a soft brush. A decal softener will help the lettering settle into the panel lines and onto curved surfaces. Once dry, even the surface out with a final matte or semi-gloss coat.
This is a set of stencil decals, not an airplane model. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
