Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British light truck Bedford MWC Water Bowser in the late-production configuration, in 1:72 scale, from IBG models. The model depicts a logistics vehicle with a cylindrical water tank that was important rear-echelon equipment for the British army. At 1:72 scale, it is a smaller model with small, delicate parts, where careful work pays off.
The Bedford MW was a British light truck widely used during the Second World War. The MWC (Water Carrier) variant carried a cylindrical tank instead of a conventional cargo bed and served to transport and distribute water to front-line units and airfields. These supply vehicles were deployed across battlefields in Europe and North Africa alike and formed an unobtrusive but essential part of the British rear echelon. The designation late production refers to the truck's late-production configuration.
We recommend thin liquid cement for plastic and careful cleanup of the mold seams. Assemble and paint the chassis and running gear before finishing the cab and tank. Use a quality primer and an airbrush for the British military shades; washes and dust or mud pigments typical of field supply equipment will finish off the weathering. Handle the small parts in 1:72 scale with care.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
