Injection-molded plastic model of the German off-road vehicle Krupp L2H143 Kfz.70 in 1:72 scale from the Ukrainian brand ICM. This was a six-wheeled (6x4) light truck nicknamed the Protze, and in the Kfz.70 form it was intended to carry troops and weapon crews. The box contains injection-molded plastic parts, clear parts and a decal sheet.
The Krupp L2H143, known as the Krupp Protze, was a six-wheeled truck and artillery tractor of the Wehrmacht. It was powered by an air-cooled four-cylinder engine of about 60 hp, and its sloping nose was a characteristic feature. The Kfz.70 version (Mannschaftskraftwagen) carried weapon crews and troops, while the closely related Kfz.69 version served as a tractor for the anti-tank gun.
Start with the chassis, the axles and the engine compartment, and only then move on to the bodywork. Glue the parts with thin modeling cement for plastic, then fill and sand the joints. Lay down a primer and paint with an airbrush; bring the typical gray or desert schemes to life by picking the panels out with a wash and by adding dust pigments to the chassis and the fenders.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
