Responsibility details are not available.
A set of plastic figures of a Russian dragoon command group from the Napoleonic Wars (the years 1812 to 1814) in 1:72 scale from Zvezda. It is not a vehicle model but a set of mounted historical figures. It is a command group, that is, the key figures of a cavalry unit together with their horses. The package contains three mounted figures; the parts are snap-fit, designed to be put together without glue. Take the particular poses from the contents of the package.
Dragoons were cavalry able to fight on horseback and also dismounted as infantry. A command group usually comprises the leadership of the unit and the bearers of the insignia of command, who directed maneuvers on the battlefield. Russian dragoons were an important part of the tsarist cavalry during the Napoleonic Wars.
Clean up the mold parting lines; even with a snap-fit design it is a good idea to reinforce the joints with a drop of glue, especially on the riders. Use a fine brush and acrylic figure paints, a dark wash in the folds and a dry brush on the raised detail. Paint the horses in natural coat shades and add the harness.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
