This is a very fine metal chain for detailing models and dioramas. The package contains a continuous 30 cm length of chain with small links measuring roughly 0.6 x 1.0 mm – in this range it is the smallest size, that is, the finest variant, suitable even for the smallest scales. You cut the chain to the length you need and use it wherever real chains, cables or anchor systems have to be reproduced faithfully.

Use

• detailing small chains on ships, vehicles and equipment in small scales
• imitating anchor chains, tow cables, hangers and loops
• measure and cut the length you need with sharp side cutters
• attach it best with super glue (cyanoacrylate), or with a dab of epoxy
• before gluing, the chain can be degreased and painted or weathered with a wash for a realistic metal look
