Vallejo Surface Primer German Dark Yellow, 17 ml

This is a colored primer based on acrylic polyurethane. It is water-thinnable, contains no solvents and once dry forms a firm, tough and fine film that preserves even the small details of a model. Besides preparing the surface, it also fills the role of an undercoat color in the shade of dark yellow, that is the base tone of German ground vehicles at the end of the Second World War.

Use

• Applied with an airbrush as well as a brush, directly onto a cleaned surface with no need for further thinning.
• It holds on plastic, resin, photo-etched metal, brass, white metal and wood.
• It improves the adhesion of covering paints and reveals any imperfections in the surface before the final finish.
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use; it dries within a few hours.

Suitable for modelers who want to unify the surface and start building the color layers of German vehicles and hardware straight away. It also serves as a universal colored base wherever a warm yellow-brown tone is useful.
