A highlighting marker pen from the Real Touch line by the Japanese maker Gunze (GSI Creos, Mr.Hobby line). This gray shade is darker than Gray 1 and suits deeper shadows, heavier grime and higher-contrast detail work. According to the manufacturer the paint is water-based.
Apply it into a recess or draw it across the surface and then blend it out, ideally with the blending pen of the same line, before the color dries. Combining it with the lighter shade gives natural depth. Work over a flat clear coat.
For modelers who want to add stronger patina and depth quickly, without an airbrush. Suitable for beginners and advanced builders alike.
