I.C. Nipper E7 are fine modeling cutters for nipping off small parts and thin wires.
Responsibility details are not available.
Fine cutting pliers intended for small modeling and electrical work. The tip is slender and reaches even into tight places between parts, where a heavier tool would lift the surrounding pieces. The tool serves to nip off small parts and thin wires cleanly, not for coarse cutting.
Nip the part off with a small margin and cut or sand the rest of the gate away with a knife; the thin tip will last considerably longer that way. Do not cut hard metal, hardened wire or photo-etched frets of harder alloys with them, as the cutting edge will chip. Do not use the pliers as a lever; the construction is not built for twisting. Wipe the cutting edge after work and store the tool so that it does not touch other tools.
It pays to keep fine and coarser cutters side by side and to alternate them. The coarser one makes the first cut at the sprue, the fine one finishes close to the part, and each tool then does only what it is built for.
The cutting edge is very sharp and nipped-off pieces may fly off. Protect your eyes and keep the tool out of the reach of children.
