A modeling marker in metallic blue, with the Paint Type suffix in its name. The tip applies the paint directly, so it suits small areas and details.
Responsibility details are not available.
A marker is the quickest way to get paint onto a small area. Mixing, cleaning the airbrush and paint drying on a palette all fall away: you take the cap off, apply it and you are done. It pays off everywhere it would not be worth setting up a whole spraying outfit for a few millimeters, that is on small accessories, edges, repairs to chipped places and on details that are meant to catch the light differently from their surroundings.
A metallic shade contains fine reflective particles thanks to which the surface plays with a metal sheen once dry. That is exactly why metallic blue is used on the accessories of robot and fantasy models, on the small metal parts of machines and everywhere the color is meant to be visibly different from its matte surroundings. You can judge the result only once it is completely dry; before that it looks different.
Wash and degrease the area before applying, as the paint pulls away on a greasy surface. Apply in thin coats and let each one dry; one thick coat takes a long time to dry and is easily scratched. The way to prime the marker for use and how to clean the tip are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging, as is the thinner intended for this range. Test the compatibility with the paints already on the model and with varnish on an offcut first.
Further paints and a thinner are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
