Responsibility details are not available.
A set of acrylic paints from the ATOM range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez, put together around the shades of the modern Luftwaffe. It is listed as the second volume of the theme, so it follows on from the previous one and extends the palette. The postwar Luftwaffe went through several camouflage systems and the shades differ between types and between periods; the set is therefore useful above all in keeping the colors of one theme in one place.
These are water-based acrylics. They thin with water or with acrylic thinner, mix with one another and go on with a brush as well as with an airbrush. Check the particular shade for a particular machine against the instructions for the kit, where the scheme is usually drawn out.
Work multicolor schemes from the lightest color to the darkest, because carrying a dark color over a light one takes fewer coats than the other way round. Either mask the transitions between the fields or spray from a short distance at low pressure. Apply several thin coats, or the panel lines and the rivets will disappear. Stir the bottle before work and during it, because the pigment settles. Before the decals, let the area be brought to a gloss, since a matte surface under the carrier film goes white.
For the modeler who builds present-day aircraft of the Luftwaffe and wants the shades of the theme in one place. The package contains the paints only; the model, decals, masks, thinner and brushes are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
