The Sd.Kfz.182 was a German heavy tank of the close of the Second World War, established among modelers under the nickname King Tiger. The first vehicles produced carried a turret with a rounded front wall and a narrowed forward part, which in the literature is given under the designation Porsche; the later vehicles were given a turret with a straight front wall and a wider cross section. It is precisely the shape of the turret that is the most conspicuous difference between the two versions and decides which variant a model belongs to.
An interior comes into its own on a finished model only when it can be seen: with a hatch swung open, the doors open, the turret removed or on a vehicle set up in a diorama as damaged. The set is aimed at exactly such builds. It is an accessory to vehicles in 1:35 scale, that is an accessory to a build and not a complete item in itself. Paint and finish the interior before you close the hull tub up, because afterward you will not get to it. A light color on the walls helps, so that there is not just darkness in the finished vehicle; emphasize the transitions with a darker glaze into the corners and along the edges. The procedure for preparing the parts and the choice of glue are to be found in the manufacturer's instructions, because they differ according to what the parts are made of. Keep checking whether the hull tub will still close once the interior is in place.
