Static Grass - 4 mm Medium Green

Static Grass 4 mm Medium Green

This is static grass from Woodland Scenics, that is fine synthetic fibers 4 mm long in a medium green shade. It serves to create convincing grassy areas, lawns and meadows on dioramas, model railroads and gaming bases. The 4 mm length corresponds to low and medium-high grass.

Use

• It is applied onto a freshly laid coat of glue; the best result comes from an electrostatic applicator, which sets the fibers upright and creates the impression of blades.
• Smaller areas can simply be sprinkled and pressed down gently.
• Different lengths and shades of grass can be layered and mixed for more natural growth.
• Once the glue has dried, shake off the surplus fibers that did not stick and use them again.

Who it is for

For railroad modelers, diorama builders and modelers of figures and wargaming bases who want realistic vegetation.

This is not a kit but a scenic material. Keep out of the reach of small children; do not breathe in the fine fibers.
