Responsibility details are not available.
A set of 3D-printed resin figures of Russian Air Force pilots in 1:72 scale from Temp Models, carried as set number 12. The figures are modeled from real photographs and will complete a model on the flight line as well as a whole diorama. It is not an aircraft model but the crew for it, which gives a scene its sense of scale.
The gear of a current Russian fighter pilot consists of a flight suit, a g-suit, a parachute harness and a protective helmet with an oxygen mask. The individual sets of figures differ from one another in the poses and in the combination of gear, because the complete outfit looks one way for a flight at great altitudes and another way for work over the battlefield. On a model it is exactly these differences that decide whether a scene fits a particular period.
The parts are held only by the thin supports from the print. Cut them off with a sharp scalpel as close to the part as possible, sand the marks with fine abrasive paper and protect your airway while sanding. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Lay a thin coat of primer under the paint, otherwise it holds badly on a smooth print. Shadows in the folds and light edges will do more service in a small scale than fine detail.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the aircraft model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
