Umber Wash

Vallejo Umber Wash

An umber brown water-based acrylic wash from the well-proven Vallejo range. It is a thin, translucent paint that flows on its own into recesses, scribed lines and around raised detail, where once dry it creates earthy, natural shadows. Umber is a deeper and cooler brown than sepia, ideal for dirt and aging.

Use

• It is applied with a brush straight from the bottle; the wash finds the detail by itself.
• It brings out recesses and scribing on figures, vehicles and accessories.
• It suits earthy soiling, rust, mud, wood and wear on vehicles.
• It can be thinned with water and layered for a finer or a stronger effect.
