WWII USMC Colors Sand Patterns is a set of six Vallejo Model Air acrylic paints of 17 ml each for the sand camouflage patterns of the Marine Corps.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of six acrylic paints from the Spanish manufacturer Vallejo, each in a 17 ml bottle. The shade codes begin with 71, so this is the Model Air range, which is thinner and ready to be sprayed with an airbrush without further thinning. The set belongs to the color range intended for armored vehicles.
It contains the tones that made up the sand and earth camouflage patterns used by the US Marine Corps on vehicles in the Pacific. Besides ivory and a muddy brown, the set holds two earth shades, an olive green and a black, so a transition between the fields of the pattern can be mixed as well.
For modelers of American armored vehicles in the Pacific and for builders of dioramas from the island battles. It will also serve as a palette of earth tones for weathering and dusting other builds where sand and brown shades are needed.
Water-thinnable acrylics. Keep out of the reach of children, ventilate when spraying and do not breathe the aerosol in.
