The Eduard F-4E TFace 1:48 double-sided masking set. The TFace designation means masks for the outer and the inner face of the glazing, so the frame looks clean even when seen from inside the cockpit.

This is a masking set for a model of the F-4E Phantom II jet in 1:48 scale, not a kit. Eduard uses the TFace designation for masks supplied for both faces of the glazing: besides the outer shapes you also get their inner counterparts. That lets you spray the canopy frame from the inside as well, and the finished model has no translucent frames when you look into the cockpit.
On the two-seat cockpit of the Phantom you can see inside through both canopies and through the fixed section between them. If the frame is painted only from the outside, clear plastic shows through from within and the illusion falls apart quickly, especially on a model built with the cockpit open. The inner masks therefore let you lay the interior shade onto the frame from the other side and leave the glass perfectly transparent.
Wash and degrease the clear part. First apply the inner masks, spray the interior shade and let it dry; only then add the outer shapes and apply the outer color. Work in thin coats, because a heavy layer runs under the edge and smears the line. Lift the masks off with tweezers once the paint has set, not after it has fully cured.
The package contains masks only. The model, paints and glue are not part of it.
