Mr.Paint (MRP) Fine Surface Primer — Black (50 ml)

Fine Surface Primer — Black from Mr.Paint (MRP) is a fine black filling primer with a volume of 50 ml. It is a lacquer primer that comes pre-thinned from the factory and ready for immediate airbrush spraying: it is intended solely for the airbrush, not for a brush and not as a spray can. The very fine texture creates a thin, smooth layer that does not cover the fine detail of the model, improves the adhesion of subsequent paints, and the black shade also serves as a base for preshading.

Use

• spraying a fine black primer with an airbrush onto an assembled model before painting
• a thin layer that preserves fine detail and surface engraving
• improving the adhesion of paints on plastic, resin and metal photo-etched parts
• a black undercoat beneath dark shades and for the preshading technique
• pre-thinned for direct use; for fine nozzles it can be thinned further with lacquer thinner

Who it is for

Intended for more advanced modelers who work with an airbrush and want a very fine, thin lacquer primer with excellent adhesion. It is not suitable for brush application.

Safety notice: the lacquer primer is highly flammable and contains organic solvents. Spray it solely with an airbrush in a well-ventilated area or a spray booth, use a suitable respirator and protect your skin and eyes. Keep away from heat and flame and out of the reach of children.
