Meng glass file — the long version

A glass abrasive file from the manufacturer Meng in the longer variant. The working surface of tempered glass with a fine abrasive structure allows accurate sanding and cleanup of plastic and resin parts alike. Unlike paper abrasives it can be washed with water and used again and again.

Use

  • Removing mold seams and the remains of sprue stubs on parts.
  • Fine smoothing of a surface before painting.
  • Once clogged, it only needs rinsing with water and the abrasive surface is restored.
  • Suitable for plastic and for resin; handle the glass carefully.

Who it is for

For modelers who want a durable and easily cleaned abrasive tool instead of consumable abrasive paper.
