AK Interactive Iron Effect (Efecto Hierro)

This is a special acrylic paint containing fine iron microparticles. It is not a kit and not an ordinary opaque paint for large areas but a weathering product for creating realistic corrosion. It is applied with a brush to the places where you want a rusty effect. The paint is of the water-thinnable acrylic type, so it is comfortable to work with.

Use

• Apply the paint with a brush to the part where the rust is to appear and let it dry.
• Apply the oxidizing agent (sold separately) over the dried layer and let the reaction run its course.
• The corrosion arises from a natural reaction of the iron particles with the air and the agent.
• The layers can be repeated for a stronger effect.

Stir the pot before use. Work in a ventilated area and close the pot after use.
