Destroyer Z is a battle robot from the LBX franchise, the Japanese series about small dueling machines. The models in this group are built as smaller figures for a shelf and are collected machine by machine, so they look best side by side in larger numbers. The model belongs among plastic kits with science-fiction and fantasy subjects.
This is a plastic model supplied as a set of parts for assembly. The scale, the height of the finished robot, the number of parts and the color scheme are carried by the box and the enclosed instructions. Whether the joints are movable and how the parts join is likewise governed by the instructions, so read them before you separate anything.
Separate the parts with sprue cutters or a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the stub so the mating surfaces stay flat. Test-fit the joints dry before you reach for glue. Wash and degrease the surface before painting and apply the paint in thin coats; on the angular armor surfaces the paint would otherwise flood the edges and the model would lose its crispness. Keep the movable joints free of paint, or they will seize.
Paints, glue and thinner are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. What exactly the package contains is given in the manufacturer's instructions and on the box.
