Light Green PLAYMARKER Marker

A marker from the PLAYMARKER line in a light green shade. The tip applies the paint directly, so there is no brush, palette or mixing involved. That suits small areas and narrow elements in particular, where preparing the paint takes longer than the painting itself, and short touch-ups that do not justify opening a bottle.

Where the color is used

Light green appears on a model in small amounts, but often. It suits green gear and equipment elements, small figure parts, color-coding diorama parts, and elements meant to create contrast on a monotone area. It also works wherever you just need to touch up an edge or a small area the previous coat missed.

How to work with the marker

• Try the shade first on scrap plastic or a spot that will not be visible on the finished model.
• Apply a thin coat and let it dry; a second pass deepens the shade.
• Wipe the tip from time to time so it does not pick up paint from the model's surface.
• The paint holds more reliably on a matte base than on smooth glossy varnish.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the package for thinning, cleaning and any overcoating with varnish.
• Store the marker tightly closed so the tip does not dry out.
