Scenery material for dioramas: foliage in the shape of maple leaves. Use it on tree crowns, on bushes and as a fallen layer on the ground.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is scenery material for dioramas and display cases, that is foliage with the shape of a maple leaf. A maple leaf has five lobes and a bold outline, so it reads on a model even at a small size and differs at first glance from generic green scatter. The material is supplied loose and you decide the shape of the finished greenery yourself as you apply it.
Most often the foliage is glued onto a tree crown built on a wire armature, onto bushes beside a road or onto a hedge. The second common use is fallen leaves on the ground: under a tree, in a ditch, in the corners of a courtyard and in places the wind would have carried them. It is precisely that scattered layer on the ground that gives a diorama its season without your having to build anything extra.
Work in small amounts and with tweezers or a stick, because the individual leaves are light and even a breath will blow them away. Coat the surface with glue, sprinkle or lay the foliage onto it and tap the excess off once it has dried. It is good to fix the finished layer so that it does not come loose when the diorama is handled. The particular glue and the procedure are given in the manufacturer's instructions; compare the size of the leaf with the scale you are building in beforehand, because no scale is given in the name.
The scenery material alone is supplied. Tree armatures, glue, paints and a base for the diorama are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
